Once a material has been found (see Search material), the material's detail page can be displayed by clicking the material in the table.
The detail page shows the specific information about the material and gives the user access to edit the material. Information about the material includes, among other things:
- Material number
- Material group
- Floating group
- Status
- Handling tag
- Attached materials
- Replacement price incl. VAT
- Marked for discarding
- Placement
- Theme
- Note
- Last checkout date
- Number of checkouts
- Acquisition date
- Last scanned
- IMS (only shown if the library uses IMS)
Placement based on placement rules
If placement rules have been configured in Cicero Mobile and the configuration ”Manual update of placement rules” is set to ”True”, it is possible to update the placement by pressing the ”Get placement” icon in the "Branch" field.
If the placement has been set based on a placement rule, it will be shown below the placement fields which placement rule last updated the material's placement.

Theme
It is possible to add a theme to a material. When a theme is selected, it is shown below the theme which information is overwritten by the theme. Information from a theme takes effect when a material is saved.

History
From the material detail page, the material's history can be accessed via the ”History” tab. Under this tab you can see what has happened to the material throughout its lifetime.
