New functionality
FBS-30553 Cataloguing - search and copy from external sources
For users of Cicero Catalogue:
A new tab, "External sources", has been added under the Catalogue area, where you can search for external sources and copy titles to your own catalogue. You can search in the sources configured under Admin->Advanced settings->Search in external sources during cataloguing. The highest-priority source in the configuration is selected by default in the search view.
Users must have write access to bibliographic records to access the tab.
