Under Reservations & Bookings > Reservations you can search for reservations based on a wide range of search criteria. This can, for example, be used to catch reservations that are not being fulfilled for one reason or another.
By default, the search criteria are set to search for reservations with the status Active, In transit, Ready for collection and Passive.
Highlighted search parameters:
- Latest activity: Date range that can be used to search for reservations where there has been no activity (e.g. an update to the queue number) since a given date or period.
- Not expected to be fulfilled within (days): Finds reservations that are likely not to be fulfilled within the specified number of days. The calculation is based on the number of materials, the length of the queue and current loans.
Search result
When the search is complete, the results are shown in a table. You can then click on a reservation to open the reservation's detail page (see View and edit reservation), or select the checkboxes on the left-hand side to perform actions on the reservations (see Edit multiple reservations at once).
In the table's "No. of res." column, a status is shown of the number of reservations on the relevant bibliographic record, the number of materials in holdings for the bibliographic record, and the number of materials with the status "At home" for the bibliographic record. A colour indication is shown to quickly get an insight into the status:
- Green: At least 1 material with the status "At home" for the relevant bibliographic record
- Yellow: No materials with the status "At home" for the relevant bibliographic record, but at least 1 material in holdings.
- Red: No materials in holdings for the relevant bibliographic record. The reservation therefore cannot be fulfilled.
