Under the "Help" menu item, you can access the help content from Cicero Connect directly in Cicero Mobile. When you tap "Help", a help window appears where you can search for articles in Cicero Connect.
Search
The help window automatically performs a search for articles related to the area you are currently in within Cicero Mobile. For example, if you are on the "Bibliographic records" page, the help window will automatically search for "Bibliographic records". If you want to perform a different search, simply tap the X to clear the search field, and then perform a new search.
NOTE! The help window is limited to searching in the category Cicero Mobile & Move. If you want to search in other categories, this must be done in Cicero Connect.
Read article
Tap a search result to read an article. The article remains visible in the help window while you use Cicero Mobile. If you want to view the article in a larger display, you can tap at the top of the article, which opens the article in Cicero Connect in a new tab.
Tap the - in the top right corner to close the help window.
