This release note describes updates to the Cicero Explore release with version 7.15.0, 2026-06-16
The target audience is super users and system administrators.
In connection with the release, there will be an extended downtime while data is being processed. Explore is expected to be available again during Wednesday (Wednesday morning for CIC customers).

Materials missing in discard reports |
Fixed an error where a material's discard timestamp was not always set, e.g. if the material was discarded due to payment of a compensation from the debtor system. In these cases, reports based on the discard timestamp (e.g. the Discarded and Lost Materials report) would not include these materials. Already discarded materials without a discard timestamp will have the correct timestamp added, so the reports will subsequently show the correct figures. |

User added for payment transactions |
Payment transactions have been extended with the fields “Created by” and “Changed by”, which are now available in reporting in the Designer client. These fields refer to the user who created or changed the transaction, and not the borrower. In some setups, different users are used for different payment types (e.g. cash or card, as opposed to PBS), which makes it possible to analyse transactions per user. For example, a user can represent cash payments, which makes it possible to calculate total amounts per payment type. In addition, the metric “Kontogutschrift in EUR” has been added, which shows the amount added to the account (the inverse of “Kontoverbrauch in EUR”). |
