FBS-30631	Error in search with search suggestions for special characters	For users of Cicero Catalogue: Search suggestions have been updated so that it is possible to search for titles with special characters using search suggestions. Example: In the CQL field, "Right" is typed, and the search suggestions contain "Right On!. 3, Workbook /". When this is selected, the CQL field shows the string "Right On 3 Workbook", and the search returns the record with the title "Right On!. 3, Workbook /"
