Under Patron > Balance you can search for fees and replacement charges, as well as patrons with a balance. You can search in the following ways:

Search Balance
The search will display a list of fees and replacement charges that match the search criteria. Tap a balance in the list to see a detailed view and perform actions (see Managing balances).
You can select the checkbox on the left side of the table to verify multiple replacement charges as well as cancel or write off multiple fees at the same time.
Search Patron
The search will display a list of patrons that match the search criteria.
You can send balance statements to multiple patrons at the same time by selecting the checkbox on the left side of the table.

Tap a patron to see an overview of the patron's balance. From here you can pay balances (see Payment of balance) or carry out other handling of the balances (see Managing balances).
