In Cicero Connect you can find news, user manuals and other relevant documentation related to products in the Cicero suite. The content is presented in articles, that is, standalone pages with focused information about a specific topic.
You can find the article that helps you move forward, either via search or by clicking through to the relevant area from the front page.
Search
The quickest and often most effective way to find specific content in Cicero Connect is by using search. On every page there is a search field at the top, where you can enter specific keywords or short phrases.
Perform a search
Enter search text in the search field at the top of the page. The search presents the most relevant results as soon as you start typing in the search field.
You can choose one of the suggested articles or search for the text you have entered. This takes you to a page with more search results.
Each search result is a specific article. The article's title is highlighted in blue (1), and by clicking on the title, you are taken to the article.
Beneath each title there is a path that tells you where the article is located (2). This can be used as information to determine whether the article is relevant to what you are looking for, as it for example tells you which product or area the article's content concerns.
Filter search results
On the left-hand side of the search page you can filter the search results so that only the most relevant results are shown.
- Choose which type of content you are looking for. This will typically be Articles, but it is also possible to find posts in the Community.
- Choose category. The categories are the same as those shown on the front page, and can for example be a specific product.
Navigation
It is also possible to find articles by navigating from the front page. Click on the relevant category, and then click down through the hierarchy of subtopics until you find the article you are looking for.
In Cicero Connect you can always see a path that tells you which area of Cicero Connect you are in (1). You can click on a specific level in the path to be taken to that area.
When you are on a specific article, you can see on the right-hand side which other articles exist in the same area (2), so that you can quickly click through to another article.
