Under Admin > Patron settings > Patron import it is possible to import patron data from a csv file. or from a web service (e.g. UNI*C).
Import from .CSV file:
- Select Full import or Partial import
- Full import: Import/update patrons. Patrons not specified in the import are moved to "Expired" patron groups.
- Partial import: Import/update patrons. Existing patrons not specified in the import remain untouched.
- Fill in branch
- Click on ”Select .csv file...”
- Select the desired csv file
Import patron data from web service:
Once the institution numbers have been configured in the branch setup, patron data can be retrieved from a web service (e.g. UNI*C).
- Click on ”Select .csv file...” under ”Import from .CSV file (Unilogin format)”
- Select the desired csv file
