FBS-23074 Extend LoanerStat with gender
Patron gender is now included in the extracted csv-files for LoanerStatView. In connection with the deployment, a complete extraction of LoanerStatView is sent with gender for all patrons.

Fixed an error where special characters (ä, ö...) in the personal part of the library's sender email address was shown incorrectly. The email address now gets the right encoding, so special characters are shown correctly. |
