Release note for Cicero Mobile 1.12.0

This release note describes updates to Cicero Mobile released with version 1.12.0. The target audience is super users and system administrators.

New Functionality

FBS-24397 Configuration of VAT for fee types

It is now possible to configure VAT rates for different fee types.

When creating fees (manual and automatic), the amount is specified including VAT, and the VAT amount is calculated and displayed based on this, along with the amount excluding VAT. If a fee type does not have a specified VAT rate, only the amount including VAT is displayed in the fee's detail view.

VAT can be added to the following printouts and notifications to the patron, where fees are included:

Blocking notice
Reminder fee
Balance statement
Patron status

For libraries that do not set up configuration of VAT rates, the functionality for creating and displaying fees remains unchanged and works as before.

FBS-25354	Return of incomplete sets	Fixed an error with RFID return where incomplete material sets could in some cases be registered as returned.
FBS-25567	Cannot return interlibrary loan material with refunded compensation	Fixed an error related to interlibrary loan materials with paid compensations, where the material could not be returned if payment of compensation was reversed. Going forward, interlibrary loan materials will return to the state "Loaned with compensation" when payment is reversed, from where the materials can be checked in as normal and then returned to the lending library.
FBS-25802	Password change in Mobile	It is now possible for a user to change their own password in Cicero Mobile through the Profile Settings menu.
