This release note describes updates to Cicero Mobile released with version 1.11.1. The target audience is super users and system administrators.
New Functionality
FBS-24106 Consent Form for Minors
It is now possible to print a consent form for customers who are minors, which the financially responsible person can sign. This functionality can be enabled under Admin->General Settings, and the form can be configured under Admin->Notifications.
FBS-24108 Reminders and Reminder Fees for Unpaid Balances
Cicero can now be configured to create reminders and reminder fees for unpaid balances when a customer has exceeded a configured amount limit.
An optional number of reminder notifications and fees can be configured. For each reminder notification and fee, it is possible to configure how many days should pass from the amount limit being exceeded before the reminder is sent, and what amount should be set as the fee. If the amount of the reminder fee is set to "0" or is empty, no fee will be created, but a reminder notification will still be sent.
Note that when the functionality is activated, reminders and fees will not be created for existing balances. Reminders and fees will only be created if new balances are created for a customer.

The calculation of the next number in periodicals has been improved, as there could previously be errors in the logic regarding number sequences. To ensure correct handling of the number sequence, it is no longer possible to receive new copies if the subscription has a value in "Next No." that does not exist in the number sequence of the base card's name template. "Next No." must then be corrected before receipt can be completed, or the base card must be updated with a number sequence that matches "Next No.". Existing data will not be corrected. Note: The change is not relevant for subscriptions with auto-receipt - these still use the information sent to Cicero by the supplier. |
| FBS-25419 | Fixes to Dropdowns with the Option to Select Multiple Values | A bug was fixed that caused a "Select/Deselect All" button to be missing in various dropdowns in the system. At the same time, a bug was fixed where these dropdowns would hang if the enter key was pressed. |
