FBS-21420 Generate error report

It is now possible to generate an error report when an error occurs in Cicero Mobile. The report is generated from the Profile Settings (top right corner) by clicking the button "Generate error log". When the button is clicked, an error log is generated on Cicero's server log, and an ID is returned to the user, to be included when reporting the error to the Cicero Service Desk.

FBS-24391 Various improvements to material selection and periodicals

The following improvements have been made:

A periodical subscription can be copied, creating a new subscription with identical values of all fields.
New write permission for Supplier Selection. Only users with this permission can update suppliers and supplier agreements.
A new state 'Published' is introduced for material selection list. It is not possible to add new items to a published material selection list.
Purchase lines for items on a material selection list can be copied by enabling an option when the material selection list is copied.
Purchase lines can be saved as templates and used to prefill the values of a purchase line when they are created. It is possible to search for all the created purchase line templates, edit the values of the template, or use the template to create new purchase lines.
It is also possible to mark purchase line templates as a personal favorite, which makes it possible to quick select them when creating a new purchase line.
