This release note describes updates to Cicero Mobile released with version 1.10.4. The target audience is super users and system administrators.
New functionality
FBS-20058 Create and edit external users in Cicero Mobile
External users can now be created and edited on the administration page. The following types of external users can be created:
- CMS users
- SIP2 users
- Other integration users
- Loan cooperation users
FBS-22224 Import records from Libris
For users of Cicero Catalogue and Libris:
It is now possible to set Cicero to import records from Libris to Cicero Catalogue with a periodic job.
To activate the periodic import, the configuration "Libris: Import bibliographic records" must be set up.
The first time the import runs, records with changes within the last month are imported. Each subsequent import will import changes made since the last import.
FBS-24243 Exempt patron groups from notifications
It is now possible to exempt a patron group from receiving notifications. Patrons who are members of at least one exempt patron group will not receive notifications.
The setting is inherited by subgroups, so for example, all students in a school can be exempted from notifications by setting the exemption on the parent patron group for "Students in the school".
FBS-24369 German translations added to notifications
Standard templates for all patron-oriented notifications have been expanded with German translations, allowing notifications to be sent in German for patrons with German as their preferred language.
